ForzaInfinity

## 🛠️ Fix - **CREATE PROFILE** on the INFINITY screen now asks for the profile type (HARDCORE or NOOB) before the name. Until now it created a HARDCORE profile straight away; SWITCH PROFILE > New profile already asked. Hook `0.2.74+fh2online.55`. It installs by itself; restart the game when it asks. ## Install - **Windows**: download `ForzaInfinity.zip`, extract it, double-click `Install.cmd`. - **Steam Deck / Linux** (Desktop Mode, Konsole): `curl -fsSL https://github.com/anarqz/ForzaInfinity/releases/latest/download/install.sh | bash` *ForzaInfinity is a fan project, not affiliated with Microsoft, Xbox, Playground Games or Turn 10. You need your own copy of the game.*

## ☁️ Your designs follow your profile Designs, vinyl groups and tuning setups are now kept on the server with your profile, like your career save: - At start, the game uploads the creations the server does not have yet, and brings back the ones this PC is missing (a new PC, a reinstall). Each file is checked against its signature before it is written. - While you play, a new or changed creation is uploaded within a minute, and one you delete is deleted on the server too. - Up to 300 creations (96 MB) per profile. Your career (road trips, bucket lists, barn finds, perks, stats, boards, showcases, championships, completion) was already kept in your cloud save. Hook `0.2.74+fh2online.54`. It installs by itself; restart the game when it asks. ## Install - **Windows**: download `ForzaInfinity.zip`, extract it, double-click `Install.cmd`. - **Steam Deck / Linux** (Desktop Mode, Konsole): `curl -fsSL https://github.com/anarqz/ForzaInfinity/releases/latest/download/install.sh | bash` *ForzaInfinity is a fan project, not affiliated with Microsoft, Xbox, Playground Games or Turn 10. ## 🎮 Profile types: HARDCORE and NOOB When you create a profile you now choose its type: - **HARDCORE**: a new career on the server, with every progress check. Every existing profile is HARDCORE. - **NOOB**: brings your offline save as it is (cars, credits, level, progress) and has no progress limits. Only the technical checks stay. HARDCORE and NOOB players never meet: leaderboards, rivals, ghosts, drivatars, friends, clubs, free roam worlds and online races are each kept within one type. The storefront (designs, tunes, vinyl groups) is shared by everyone. ## ⏸️ Status line and cloud sync - The pause menu shows `INFINITY | CONNECTED | HC/NB | Name#12345`, or DISCONNECTED when the server cannot be reached, centred in any language. - If the server rejects your progress, the game pauses and the pause menu says in red that the progress looks incompatible and you should restart. Nothing more is saved until then, and the next start brings back your cloud save. The game is never closed for you. - Without a profile, the game no longer calls the online services. It installs by itself; restart the game when it asks. ## Install - **Windows**: download `ForzaInfinity.zip`, extract it, double-click `Install.cmd`. - **Steam Deck / Linux** (Desktop Mode, Konsole): `curl -fsSL https://github.com/anarqz/ForzaInfinity/releases/latest/download/install.sh | bash` *ForzaInfinity is a fan project, not affiliated with Microsoft, Xbox, Playground Games or Turn 10.
