FHRE is a Windows desktop radio editor that can add custom music alongside original tracks, replace tracks, or disable them. The creator has announced experimental Forza Horizon 2 support, but the public README currently documents FH4/FH5/FH6 and no FH2-specific downloadable release is published. Treat FH2 support as experimental and check the original project for installation instructions. FHRE modifies game audio banks: back up files and close the game before rebuilding. Required third-party audio utilities are not bundled.
FH2 support: Experimental
Experimental FH2 support was announced by the community; upstream README still lists FH4–FH6. No verified FH2-specific release asset is published. Use at your own risk.
